Funhai International is a huge estate with many high-rise buildings. Our flat is in this building at the top floor at level 21.

The elevated position provides an impressive view like this one towards north.

Richtung Südwesten sehen wir den Zhonggua Zun, mit 528 m das höchste Gebäude in Beijing.

Towards south-west we can see Zhonggua Zun, with 1732 ft the higgest building in Beijing.

Im Gegensatz zur vorherigen Wohnung ist diese mit über 200 m² eigentlich viel zu gross für zwei Personen.

In contrast to the previous flat this one - with a floor space of over 2200 ft² - is actually much too big for just two people.

Diese Wohnung, die Xueyan's Schwester Hungyan gehört, liegt im Südosten der Stadt, etwas ausserhalb der fünften Ringstrasse.

This flat which belongs to Xueyan's sister Hungyan is located in the south east of the city outside the fifth ringroad.

Von April 2017 bis Juni 2019 wohnten wir in dieser kleinen, hübschen Wohnung im Stadtteil Yizhuang, wenn wir in Beijing waren.

From April 2017 until June 2019 we lived in this nice little flat in the district of Yizhuang whenever we were in Beijing.

Mallspace ist ein riesiges Gebäude mit zwei Ebenen Tiefgarage und einem Supermarkt im Untergrund. Über dem Boden sind vier Stockwerke besetzt mit einem Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Läden, Restaurants und sogar Kinos. Auf der Hälfte des Einkaufszentrums sind dann noch elf Stockwerke mit je etwa 100 doppelstöckigen Wohnungen aufgebaut.

Mallspace is a huge building with two levels of car park and a supermarket under ground. Above the ground are four levels of shopping mall with many shops, restaurants and even cinemas. On half of the shopping center there are eleven levels of two-storey flats with about one hundred flats on each level.

In solchen Wohnung leben oft mehr als nur zwei Personen.

Quite often more than just two people live in such flats.

Der Platz ist gut genutzt und diese kleine Wohnung diente uns gut.

The available space is well used and this small flat really served us well.
