Die Kathedrale hat eine eher ungewöhnliche Architektur. Der Glockenturm ist nicht am Kirchenschiff angebaut.

Natürlich gibt es in dieser alten Stadt, die bereits 1211 v. Chr. gegründet wurde, auch ein römisches Amphitheater.

So wie es heute lokale Fussballclubs in Aussenquartien der Städte gibt, gab es damals auch kleinere Amphitheater ausserhalb der Zentren.
Like there are local soccer clubs outside of the city centers nowadays, there where smaller amphitheaters in the outskirts in old times too.
Wie es sich gehört für eine alte Stadt, gibt es auch eine Festung: das Castello Carlo V.
As it should be in an old city, there is also a fortress: the Castell of Charles V.
Und auch eine Stadtmauer gehört mit ihren Toren gehört dazu.

Nein, natürlich nicht. Ursprünglich wurden die keinen Häuser für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmittel genutzt.

Die Aufgabe heute: Touristen anlocken.

Etwas abseits der Touristströme gibt es auch noch Trullis, die von Einheimischen bewohnt sind.
